The submission form allows you to store your abstract as a DRAFT until the deadline. After the deadline, if not submitted, drafts will be deleted.
Click on the SUBMIT button at the end of the process in order to submit your abstract. Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract. Even if the abstract has already been submitted, changes can be made to it until the abstract submission deadline.
You will receive an abstract ID number via email after you have submitted your abstract. Please refer to this abstract number in all correspondence regarding the abstract. Please contact us if you have not received confirmation that your abstract has been submitted.
Please read the submission rules before submitting an abstract.
Abstracts are to be submitted and presented in English.
Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline (December 1, 2023). Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
All submissions must be completed electronically via the online abstract submission portal.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to decide whether a submission will be accepted, and the right to determine the presentation form. All accepted abstracts will be presented as posters. A limited number of abstracts will be selected for oral presentations.
The abstract submission constitutes a formal commitment by the author to present the abstract in the poster session and time slot assigned by the Scientific Committee.
The presenter will be required to register and pay for the Congress to ensure their abstract(s) are included in the final program and abstract book. If the presenter fails to register and pay, her/his abstract will be excluded from the scientific programme and publication.
Upon submission, both the submitter and the co-authors will receive an email containing all information about the abstract. The abstract text is also attached to this email. Authors are advised to proofread their abstracts because abstracts will be reproduced from the online submission. Any error in spelling, grammar or data will appear in the programme and the abstract book.
Notification of acceptance or rejection by the Scientific Committee will be emailed to the submitting author. Detailed information in which format the abstract is accepted (poster presentation or Best-of-Abstract) as well as guidelines and recommendations for each abstract type will be sent shortly after notifications to registered submitting authors.
