Dr. Sara Rinne

Dr. Jorge Nicolini was a Biochemist from Buenos Aires, Argentina and a pioneer in the field of radiopharmacy. As co-founder of the Argentinian Society of Nuclear Medicine, of Laboratorios Bacon, and as a brilliant scientist and teacher he made outstanding contributions to the field during his active carrer of over 50 years.
The Jorge Nicolini Young Investigator Award honors an individual who has made outstanding achievements in the field of radiopharmacy and which are related to Theranostics such as radiopharmaceutical development, isotope production, basic research, in-vitro and preclinical evaluation or translation of radiopharmaceuticals.
The award was presented at the congress by Prof. Dr. Susanne Kossatz on March 22, 2024.
