By Airport Shuttle Service (Recommended)

We highly recommend using the airport shuttle service, which offers convenient and reliable transportation to your destination.

  • Upon your arrival at Santiago International Airport (Aeropuerto Internacional Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez), look for the airport shuttle service desks or information counters.
  • Reserve a seat on the shuttle heading to your destination, the W SANTIAGO, Isidora Goyenechea 3000, Las Condes, Santiago.
  • The shuttle service will drop you off directly at the hotel, ensuring a hassle-free journey.

Arrival by public transport

  • If you prefer public transportation, you can take the "Centropuerto" or "TurBus" shuttle bus from the airport to Pajaritos Metro Station. This is the closest metro station to the airport.
  • From Pajaritos Metro Station, take Line 1 (red line) towards Los Dominicos and get off at Escuela Militar Metro Station.
  • From Escuela Militar Metro Station, you can either walk to the W SANTIAGO (about a 15-minute walk) or take a short taxi ride to the hotel.

For more information on the exact timetables and times, please visit the official website of Metro Santiago.

Arrival by Taxi

We recommend arranging taxi services through the hotel's front desk or using services like Uber, Cabify, or regular street taxis, which are typically black with a yellow roof. The fare is determined by the meter, and it is not customary to leave a tip.

  • Upon your arrival at Santiago International Airport (Aeropuerto Internacional Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez), proceed to the taxi stand.
  • Provide the address to your driver: W SANTIAGO, Isidora Goyenechea 3000, Las Condes, Santiago.
  • The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic, and will cost around 20,000-25,000 CLP.

Important Note

  • Many people, to this day, call the Airport still Comodoro Arturo Merino Benitez, which was the old name. The airport code is SCL.
  • While public transportation is an option, we highly recommend the airport shuttle service for its convenience and direct drop-off at the hotel. Be sure to have the local currency, Chilean Pesos (CLP), for transportation costs, as it may not be possible to pay with foreign currency or cards everywhere.
  • Please make sure to check for any updates or changes in transportation options as this information is subject to change, and it's always a good idea to confirm the route with the most current resources upon your arrival.
